Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp questioned the use of VAR after losing to Chelsea in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday. Chelsea’s equaliser was sent for review, but referee Kevin Friend allowed the goal to stand despite it appearing to show some Chelsea players in an offside position, a decision Klopp found difficult to comprehend.
